Ashish quit his international corporate career in Paris to pursue his passion in education and founded XSEED. Based on his research and teaching experiences he developed the XSEED Method of learning and led the creation of its K-8 program from scratch. He has an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MBA from XLRI, and previously worked at P&G and Danone. Based out of Singapore, Ashish chairs the XSEED board and continues to be deeply involved in R&D and innovation. When he can he runs, teaches grade 4 science, and treks in the mountains.
Barbara was the first woman venture capital partner at Warburg Pincus. She now spends her time pursuing not-for-profit activities and serves on the Boards of the Brooklyn Museum, the New York Women’s Foundation, and the Jewish Foundation for the Education of Women; and founded a new charity, ShareGift USA. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an economics degree from Vassar.
Rahul oversees several areas of XSEED’s work. A Chartered Accountant, he has rich operations management experience at GE, Whirlpool, HT, and XSEED. He presently leads the commercial and key talent functions.
Nick leads academic content at XSEED and contributes to several other areas. He previously worked as an educator and curriculum designer in the United States and in South Korea. Nick has a degree in psychology from Carleton College and an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
