Access and sign-up

You can refer to this help video that explains the registration process: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ek7X_YG2q0Ypovy7shYFt3hW-fKiuS4j/view Step 1 – If your child does not already have an XSEED ID, go to https://register.xseededucation.com/ and enter your XSEED User Code (The user code is written on the Universal Access Card, which you would have received with your XSEED Bookpack. If you do not have the access card handy, use UN7T9W2). Complete the registration process to get an XSEED ID.

Step 2 – After the XSEED ID has been created, you will need to enter a School Access Key. Please contact your school to get this access key.

Step 3 – Download the Universal app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and log in with your phone number or email address. You can also use the web version of Universal at https://universal.xseededucation.com to log in.

Please check your mobile number and country code. It is normal for the OTP to take up to a minute to arrive. If you still do not receive an OTP, please click here to raise a request or write to us at contact@xseededucation.com.

If you do not receive an OTP, wait at least a minute before requesting another one. In case you’ve made multiple requests, please enter the latest OTP received.
If the error persists, please write to us at contact@xseededucation.com.

Go to accounts.xseededucation.com/student, enter the mobile/email used to register for Universal. Your details will appear and can be edited.

To change your mobile number, contact your school’s adminisrator.

No, each student should have a unique mobile number. However, if a student has NO mobile number, this field can be left blank.

A parent can simply download the XSEED Universal app from the Play Store (for Android devices) or the App store (for iOS devices), complete the registration, and begin using the app. This page shows the step-by-step process on how to download the app and log in.

Yes, the parents can register more than 1 child using the same number. However you have to use two different unique access keys for each child.

Please check with admin (existing admin) of your school to provide you access.

Parents need to register by going to register.xseededucation.com or by scanning the QR code provided in the book pack. They will have to enter all the required details and link themselves with the child’s school using the access key provided by the school.

NOTE: Parents need to register online FIRST before the mobile app will work. They can download the mobile app without having an account, but they will not see anything until they complete the sign-up process at http://register.xseededucation.com/.

Please log in: https://universal.xseededucation.com/login using your old credentials. If a student has already registered please do not register again.

The school may register for the parents, but they must enter one contact detail to validate each parent (mobile or email). They will therefore need to be in touch with the parent to get the OTP. Schools may create official school mail ids for each student and register using those – however, the parents will need access to these email ids to access Universal later.
