I am happy to announce the launch of the India Edition of The XSEED Gazette, a monthly newsletter that will keep you updated with the world of XSEED Education. It will also offer insights into implementing the program better to make your school successful.

XSEED is changing. We are taking feedback from our customers very seriously and improving all aspects of our product and service experience. Two very important actions on this front are:

• The launch of the XSEED Customer Care (XCC), a single point of contact for customers for any concern or query.
• The institution of the Regional Executive Officer (REO) system, where there is a single structure of management in every region to serve the customer as best as possible.

Given that we are early in the school year, the cover story for this inaugural July issue is an appropriate one in my view: The Power of an XSEED Leader.  The XSEED Leader is not an XSEED employee but a senior member of the school faculty, appointed by the school management to oversee the implementation of the XSEED Program. Having the right person on this job is the single biggest differentiator to the success of the school. Do take a few moments to read the inspiring story of a school that delivered the program spot on from Day 1.

This edition of The XSEED Gazette also talks about the opening of our new headquarter offices in Singapore, a school leaders’ visit we hosted in Hong Kong, and provides tips on how to deliver an XSEED lesson plan well and on time.
