XSEED appoints Regional Executive Officers (REO) for deeper partner engagement

In efforts to improve its customer experience and make school implementation & support more responsive, XSEED Education has appointed a Regional Executive Officer (or simply REO) in each region of the country. This is a unique initiative to empower motivated and talented XSEED leaders to take charge (like CEOs of their region) of the services and experiences of XSEED partner schools.

At XSEED India, the country is now divided into 11 regions, each led by an REO. This will help to manage operations better and enhance engagement with our customers. The REOs across the country are presently on a mission to meet every school leader in XSEED’s network by early August.

“The response to REO school visits so far has been overwhelmingly positive. School leaders over the last few weeks have appreciated the addition of another touch point with XSEED. As an REO, every school visit for me is an initiative to really understand the vision of the school and its leaders to determine how XSEED can contribute better to the same. I look forward to meeting more schools”, says Girish.

The service structure in each region is as follows. For all academic matters, an Education Coach (EC) is appointed for the school. The ECs, then, report to Regional Education Coaches (REC). For business matters, a Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible. RECs and KAMs report to the REO.

REOs, in turn, are responsible to a General Manager (GM). The GM for the South region (Maharastra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana and Kerala) is Girish Raichandani. The General Manager North (remaining states) will be appointed shortly.

As an organization, we have always held customer feedback in high regard and the appointment of REOs is an initiative in the same direction.
