XSEED Education and school leaders, who qualified for an incentive program, visited Hong Kong from 24^th May 2018 to 26^th May 2018. The trip provided school leaders with an experience of international schools and an exposure to high performing school leadership.

Hong Kong has one of the best-developed education systems in the world and provided an ideal space to gain insight into international quality school education. School leaders spent time with Ashish Rajpal, the founder of XSEED, reflecting on what they experienced and how good implementation of XSEED could bring them closer to global standards.

The beautiful Hong Kong summer, a dinner cruise and the company of like-minded leaders served as an ideal backdrop for conversations on education, leadership, and growth.
