XSEED Education conducts training programs for partner school leaders and principals across India

As the new academic year begins in schools across India, XSEED Education has begun its yearly initiative of conducting XSEED Management Program (XMP) and XSEED Principals Program (XPP) for school leaders, management and principals. The XMP and XPP initiatives are aimed to help new partner schools adopt XSEED and MAX more efficiently and help continuing schools make the most out of the upcoming year with XSEED.

So far, senior XSEED leaders have travelled to 3 cities and conducted 10 XMPs and XPPs for 143 school leaders, principals and members of school management from 96 schools. Over the next few weeks, 14 more such events will be conducted.

Every school that partners with XSEED invests trust in the methodology that XSEED and its services bring to their classrooms. We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that our programs are implemented efficiently and bring a tangible contribution to students. The XMP and XPP are a part of our initiative to train, nurture and empower the school community with sessions that talk about:

  1. The XSEED Method and its sustainable implementation in every class
  2. The tools and benefits that come with the XSEED program
  3. The role of Management, Principals and School Leaders to derive maximum value out of the program
  4. Strategies to engage parents more meaningfully with their child’s learning, the school system and XSEED

The events help bring stronger leadership to schools, an essential quality for institutions which want to be differentiated for better results, more confident students and global quality education.
